Meet The Designer

Our story

Hi, I'm Jess (she/her)! I live in Los Angeles, I love animals (spiders included), and I'm rarely found working without listening to music or the latest episode of my favorite science podcast. I took cursive very seriously in the third grade, and by seventh I had started up a business selling hand lettered names made with my color-changing Crayola markers for 25 cents each; custom slumber party invitations were five for a dollar. In hindsight, I should have known a career in stationery was in my future.

When I'm not shopping for fonts or covered in ink, I can be found spending time with my partner and two cats, pretending I'm on Great British Bake-Off, or exploring my latest creative hobby (currently: macro wildlife photography, embroidery, and jewelry making).

Our Values

We believe in celebrating love, and that includes contributing to a more just and equitable society. All are welcome here, not regardless of skin color, ethnicity, country of origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity, but because of them. We also stand in the belief that we are learning and unlearning every day, and we respect open and authentic communication with our clients, vendors, and peers at all times.
