01 / Inquiry & Consultation

After you submit your inquiry, Jess will be in touch to schedule a consultation call to learn more about you, your wedding, and your wedding stationery hopes and dreams.

02 / Proposal

You’ll receive a totally custom proposal based on our conversation, including any extras we think you’ll love.

03 / Design

Once you accept your proposal, sign your contract, and pay your retainer (the business stuff), Jess will get started on your custom design and deliver a beautifully realistic mockup of your paper goods right to your inbox. Our custom invitations include multiple rounds of revisions to make sure you’re thrilled with the results.

04 / Production

We’ve spent years tracking down the best vendors and production partners to help bring our designs to life. We work only with those who share our values and (exceptionally high) quality standards. All calligraphy and assembly are completed in house.

05 / Delivery

Your stationery will be securely packed and delivered straight to your door. We also offer mailing services for those who prefer a more hands-off approach.

Once you’ve collected your RSVPs, we’ll get to work on your day-of items.

FAQ

  • We’re located in Los Angeles, California but we can ship just about anywhere!

  • Sorry, not at this time. However, we're happy to schedule a phone consultation upon request!

  • We recommend getting started on save the date design about 12-15 months before your wedding and your invitations six months ahead of your wedding, but you're welcome to book us as far in advance as you'd like. We recommend booking our services for invitations 8-10 months in advance to ensure availability. You can learn more about our recommended stationery timeline below.

  • The price of your stationery depends on a lot of factors, like print method and embellishments. Our couples typically invest $6000 - $9000 on invitations, and we have a $4000 minimum for custom invitations and save the dates. We'd love to provide a personalized quote for you! Order Save The Dates

We recommend starting the design process for your save the dates around a year from your wedding date (or more, depending on how far the majority of your guests will be traveling).

8-12 Months

Mail Save The Dates

If most of your guests are local, plan on sending your save the dates eight to ten months from your wedding. If you're having a destination wedding or most of your guests are traveling, we recommend ten months to a year.

Begin Planning Day-Of Items

There are a lot of factors that go into determining how early to start your invitation design, such as print method and whether you opt for calligraphy addressing. We’re always happy to guide you when it comes to planning your design schedule.

2-3 Months

Mail Invitations

Mailing your invitations two to three months before your wedding date will give you plenty of time to receive your RSVPs and finalize your seating chart and guests' menu choices.

Although you won’t be able to finalize your day-of items until you have all of your RSVPs in hand, we’ll get started on design and order the necessary materials so we’re ready to go.

4-6 Weeks

Finalize Day-of Items

Now that you've received your RSVPs, we can finalize items like place or escort cards, seating charts, and welcome notes. This will ensure that we have enough time for production and / or calligraphy before the big day.
